Comfort Techs was founded in San Antonio in 2016 by Isidro Ramirez as a solution to the problems that he saw in the AC repair and service industry. Through his years of working with various HVAC companies in town, he noticed a common issue – many contractors tend to offer the bare minimum and charge the absolute maximum for their services. There was a tendency to try and “upsell” services to customers to increase the bottom line, and repairs or replacements were made with the lowest quality, least expensive parts and components possible.
After years of seeing this type of profit-first mindset from companies across town, Isidro decided to venture off on his own and launch Comfort Techs – a family-owned and locally based HVAC business that would specialize in doing AC repair the way it should be… with the homeowner’s best interests at heart.
In the years since, Comfort Tech has evolved from a modest, independent operation to a fast-growing, dynamic team of professional HVAC experts, all sharing the same customer-first vision. Our team now operates multiple service trucks, and we’ve expanded into additional services such as air quality and duct work. Despite our rapid growth, we continue to bring a personalized approach to every job, delivering outstanding service on every call
